Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs beef tenderloin thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces cremini mushrooms sliced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, sauté the beef in bacon fat until browned.
  • Add the mushrooms and onions, and continue cooking until they're tender.
  • Sprinkle the flour over the beef and vegetables, then pour in the beef broth.
  • Stir everything together until the sauce thickens.
  • Add the sour cream and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately with egg noodles or rice.
