    Serving Suggestions

This dish is usually served over egg noodles. It's also delicious served over rice, potatoes, or even just a bed of greens.
Try serving the stroganoff over zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice if you are looking for a lighter option.

    Storing Suggestions

Store any leftover stroganoff in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.

    Reheating Instructions

To reheat, add the stroganoff to a skillet over medium heat. Cook until everything is warmed through. If the sauce is too thick, you may need to add a splash of beef broth or water.
