Pina Colada Recipe
Summer is the most loved season; it brings the need to beat the heat. And what can be better than a tall glass of chilled Pina Colada to do so! This Coconut-Pineapple recipe is not only easy to make but also very delicious.
- 1 oz white rum
- 1 oz dark rum
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 0.5 cup coconut milk
- 0.5 cup ice
- 1 pineapple wedge for garnishing
Add all ingredients except the garnishing ingredient to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a hurricane glass or any tall glass of your choice.
Garnish with the pineapple wedge and serve immediately.
- Garnish your Pina Colada with a cherry or a small umbrella.
- For an extra tropical twist, try adding a splash of grenadine to your drink. If preferred, rim the glass with sugar or salt.
Pina Coladas are best enjoyed the same instant they're made. However, if you have leftovers, you can store them in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
