Stuffed Peppers Recipe

This stuffed pepper recipe is my take on the classic dish. Get creative all you want- add in any ingredient that you like! This recipe is ideal for an evening snack or a delicious party snack.

  • Electric Oven


  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can diced tomatoes drained


  • Preheat the oven to 350°F or 177°C.
  • Cut the tops off of the peppers and remove the seeds.
  • Mix ground beef, cheese, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  • Stuff each pepper with the beef mixture.
  • Place the peppers in a baking dish. Next, pour the diced tomatoes over them.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until the peppers get tender.



    Serving Suggestions

    Serve with a simple salad, some roasted potatoes, or some steamed veggies. Try serving them with some rice or quinoa on the side.

    Storing Suggestions

    Reheat in the oven. Alternatively, you can microwave until warmed through. Store any leftover stuffed peppers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
