  • 1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 tsp salt


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until they're combined.
  • If you want a thinner sauce, add more olive oil. Add more pepper flakes to your liking.
  • Taste this sauce and adjust the seasonings to your liking.
  • Once blended, Chimichurri can be used immediately or refrigerated in a covered container for up to a week.
