- 2 cups white sushi rice cooked
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 eggs scrambled
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, etc.)
- 1/2 cup cooked meat (chicken, beef, pork, etc.)
Heat a large pan or wok over high heat and then add in 1 tablespoon of oil. Once the oil is hot, add in half of the rice and spread it out evenly.
Let the rice cook for 1-2 minutes without stirring. Then, use a spatula to stir the rice and break up any clumps.
Continue cooking the rice, stirring occasionally, until it is nice and crispy. Then, remove it from the pan and set it aside.
Repeat this process with the remaining rice.
Finishing Up The Dish
Once all of the rice has been fried, it's time to add in the scrambled eggs and soy sauce.
Start by adding the eggs to the pan and then scrambling them until they are cooked. Then, add in the soy sauce and stir everything together.
Finally, add in the fried rice and stir everything together. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the dish is heated through.
And that's it! Your fried rice is now ready to be served.
