Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound beef
  • 1 ground pork
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 onion minced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp basil chopped
  • 1 tbsp oregano chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F or 190°C.
  • In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients.
  • Form the mixture into balls, using about 2 tablespoons of mixture for each ball.
  • Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
  • Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
