Classic Crepe Recipe
This crepe recipe involves a bit of a learning curve, but once you've mastered the technique, you'll be able to make these delicious pancakes any time! With a little practice, you'll be making perfect crepes in no time!
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter melted
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, water, and salt until the batter is smooth.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the butter and swirl to coat the bottom of the pan.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and tilt the pan so the batter spread out evenly.
Cook for about 2 minutes, or until the crepe is golden brown.
Flip the crepe and cook for an additional minute.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve with your favorite toppings.

If you have leftover crepes, you can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
To reheat, simply place the crepe in a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook for about 1 minute, or until warmed through.
