  • Non-stick pan
  • Blender optional


  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter melted


  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, water, and salt until the batter is smooth.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the butter and swirl to coat the bottom of the pan.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and tilt the pan so the batter spread out evenly.
  • Cook for about 2 minutes, or until the crepe is golden brown.
  • Flip the crepe and cook for an additional minute.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings.
