  • 1 can evaporate milk or 12-ounce
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 unbaked pie crust 9-inch


  • Preheat the oven to 425°F or 220°C.
  • In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, sugars, spices, and salt.
  • Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
