Tiramisu Recipe

This is a classic tiramisu recipe that is easy to make and so delicious! Layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and cocoa powder make this dessert irresistible.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strong coffee cooled
  • 1 package mascarpone cheese or 8-ounce, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine coffee, mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until well combined and set aside.
  • Dip ladyfingers in the coffee mixture and place them on a wire rack to dry.
  • Once all the ladyfingers are dipped, begin layering them in an 8x8-inch dish. Start with half of the coffee mixture, then a layer of ladyfingers, followed by the remaining coffee mixture and another layer of ladyfingers.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  • Just before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
