  • Preheat the oven to 425°F or 218°C. Season pork with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices. Place pork in a roasting pan and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F or 62°C.
  • If cooking on the stovetop: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season pork with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices.
  • Add a little olive oil to the pan and cook pork for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F.
  • No matter how you choose to cook your pork tenderloin, let it rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing into it to ensure results in a juicier and more flavorful dish.
  • Serve pork sliced.
