  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp dried thyme
  • 0.25 tsp dried basil
  • 0.25 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 cup white wine
  • 0.25 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 lemon juiced
  • 0.25 cup parsley chopped
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional


  • Preheat the oven to 400°F or 200°C.
  • Combine shrimp, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, thyme, basil, and oregano in a large bowl.
  • Add flour, and toss to coat.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and olive oil. Add shrimp, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until opaque.
  • Remove shrimp from skillet, and set aside.
  • Add white wine, chicken broth, and lemon juice to the skillet. Bring to a boil, and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Return shrimp to the skillet, and add red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until heated through.
  • Remove from heat, and stir in parsley. Serve with your favorite pasta, rice, or vegetables.
