Preheat the oven to 400°F or 200°C.
Combine shrimp, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, thyme, basil, and oregano in a large bowl.
Add flour, and toss to coat.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and olive oil. Add shrimp, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until opaque.
Remove shrimp from skillet, and set aside.
Add white wine, chicken broth, and lemon juice to the skillet. Bring to a boil, and cook for 2 minutes.
Return shrimp to the skillet, and add red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until heated through.
Remove from heat, and stir in parsley. Serve with your favorite pasta, rice, or vegetables.
